Ecclesia 2026:
Manifest
Healing ~ Unity ~ National Transformation
May God's Kingdom Manifest in the US
March 17th through 19th, 2026
at Carron Baptist Church
1354 1st Street, SW, Washington, DC 20024
"For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace."--Isaiah 9:6
At the turning of the Biblical New Year, God is calling His people to gather in the nation’s capital, believing that what happens in heaven can manifest on earth. This is not a conference. It is an alignment. It is a call. It is a moment in history.
"Ecclesia 2026: Manifest" is a prophetic gathering for those who sense the urgency of this hour—where Christians and Messianic Jews will worship, repent, reconcile, and align with God’s purposes for America at the Biblical New Year.
In this sacred convocation, the remnant of God's people are called to align with Him, operate within His will in our lives and nation, and welcome Him to manifest His presence, power and Kingdom among us. As the time for Messiah's return draws closer, we must unite across the lines that divide us and welcome Him as the King of the USA.
Each one of us holds an important piece that is needed to transform our nation. Each denomination, ministry and mission plays an essential role in manifesting God's Kingdom in the US. We have not seen lasting, widespread change because we are divided. Let us heal, unite and transform our nation together!
At Ecclesia 2026, we will share our hearts, listen to each other, be transformed by that which God is doing in others and unite to fulfill the missions He has given each of us. This gathering will make us sharper and more effective in our current Kingdom assignments, as we bring them all together, to see God manifest among us. Our nation needs this move of God, and YOU are an important part of it!
In the USA, this is especially important, because we are in the nation's 250th year, that's a 5th Jubilee. However, when this 250th year ends on July 4, 2026, we will move into a season of man. Our dominion on earth must be surrendered to God or the enemy will manifest his will through people. We are already seeing this. Now is the time to rise up as God's people and dedicate this nation to Him. Then, and only then, will we see the Kingdom of God manifest in the US!
Kingdom citizens aligned with God and walking in our authority must press into the presence of God to know and execute His precise will in this year of manifestation. It is time for us to set aside our divisions, press into the powerful presence of our God, and welcome His Kingdom to manifest in the US!

The Worship Leaders
Paul Wilbur
In his own words -- In 1994, from the viewpoint of the world I was considered one of the more successful worship leaders in the country. I had a brand-new Mercedes Benz in my garage (which was horrible to drive in the winter), a nice home loaded with furniture given to me, and everything seemed perfect. That year when a special guest came to minister at our church, the Lord took me for a whirlwind one evening. He began to speak to me ever so clearly in a very gentle but firm voice. He asked, “Isn’t the life you have good?” I replied, “Yes, yes, it is.” “Are you comfortable and happy with how things are?” He continued. Again, I replied, “Yes, yes I am.” He then responded, “If you would have asked of me, I would have given you the nations.” I pondered for a moment and said, “Lord, I would like the nations!” And that was my great moment of visitation to bring the message of Messiah to the nations!
It was not long after that Mike Coleman, the founder and former president of Integrity Music, asked me to record Shalom Jerusalem…and the rest is history!
From that point, the Lord has allowed me to branch off into three directions—speaker, worshiper, author. So my heart is to serve you through these three expressions.
Jonathan Maracle
Jonathan Maracle (Mohawk), from Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory in Ontario Canada, is the founder and lead vocalist of Broken Walls. Broken Walls was conceived in 1995 by Jonathan, while attending a conference called the Sacred Assembly in Ottawa/Hull. As different First Nations speakers shared, they spoke about the walls of bitterness that have been built up between the newcomers to this land and the First Nations people. Jonathan began to see the need for these walls to be broken and wrote the song “Broken Walls” on the spot and performed it on the drum at this gathering. Jonathan carries a message of reconciliation and leads worship on the guitar and First Nations windflute.

Archbishop Dr. Dominiquae Bierman
Dominiquae heard the voice of Yeshua calling her near the waters of the Sea of Galilee, telling her: “Run for your life, be baptized, and be saved.” Her husband, Baruch, was lost, sitting in a jail in the USA, and there the Jewish Messiah appeared to him. They were both born Jewish and were desperately lost, hurting, and needing to know that the God of Israel was still ALIVE… Today Archbishop Dominiquae Bierman is the director of Kad-Esh MAP Ministries and United Nations for Israel (UNIFY), based in St. Augustine, Florida, with the help of her husband Rabbi Baruch Bierman. As Jewish Apostles, Dominiquae and Baruch Bierman have traveled to over 50 nations preaching The Gospel Made in Zion with signs, wonders, and miracles following! Additionally, Archbishop Dominiquae is the president of GRM Bible School, a bible school free of replacement theology, rich in church history, the Jewish roots of the faith, and love for Israel. The school has flourished throughout the nations, changing the lives of many.
Rabbi Baruch and Archbishop Dominiquae have been cross-cultural preachers of the gospel, traveling to the nations extensively, preaching the gospel of the Kingdom in its original Jewish context, with Apostolic thrust and Prophetic anointing. Archbishop Dominiquae has written many books to restore The Church to its Original Apostolic Jewish Foundations and to call the nations to repentance. Her books restore the true Gospel as it was preached by the Jewish Apostles 2000 years ago. Her latest book is The Identity Theft, restoring the Jewish Identity of the Messiah. Archbishop Dominiquae is also a TV Broadcaster and singer. Her TV program, From Israel to the Nations, is broadcasting internationally and on social media. She has taped five music albums, the latest being the Tribute to the Jew in You. Her ministry is followed by signs, wonders, and miracles of reconciliation, deliverance, and restoration. Her mandate is the Triple Mandate: to Raise the Church as an Esther, Bless Israel, and Save the Nations.

Rev. Peter Spann, Esq.
Rev. Peter J. Spann is a gifted and prophetic preacher and teacher of the Word of God. He embraces a ministry of civic engagement and social justice. As a result, his ministry extends beyond the 4 walls of the church. He has preached at various revivals, special occasions, and events. He has ministered in detention facilities, nursing homes, homeless shelters, and other outreach settings. Shortly after Hurricane Katrina, he went with other missionaries to New Orleans, Louisiana where he ministered to survivors through revitalization efforts, evangelism, and outreach.
Rev. Spann is the Pastor of the Carron Baptist Church in Washington, DC. The church’s motto is: Where love is shown, and God’s truth is made known! As a visionary pastor and leader, Rev. Spann emphasizes spiritual growth, pastoral care, cultural identity, community outreach and social justice to connect the community and the church while facilitating change in the surrounding neighborhoods. He led the church in a revitalization project that included installing an elevated lift and enhancing both the sanctuary lighting and the media ministry. Additionally, Rev. Spann has led the church in giving away backpacks filled with school supplies, coats during the winter, serving Thanksgiving Day and Christmas season meals to the community, hosting a job training program, and collaborating with community leaders to help curb neighborhood violence.
Rev. Spann is the author of the book: We Gon’ Be Alright: A Message of Hope for Believers in a God of Social Justice. This book, with its infusion of biblical truth, hip-hop and social criticism, is an easy read for believers who are looking to counter the narrative embraced by neo-conservatives that ignores social justice and caring for the poor. This book is a call to action to believers in a God of social justice and a reminder that though it looks like society is temporarily taking a moral downturn, in the end, we will be alright because God promised we will.
In addition to serving as pastor of the Carron Baptist Church, Rev. Spann works as a Housing Justice Attorney. He provides full scope representation in the Eviction Protection Unit to low-income tenants. Rev. Spann views both his legal work and ministry as callings to continue the work of Christ to fight for justice and usher in the beloved community.
As well, Rev. Spann served as a former faculty member at the Washington Baptist Theological Seminary, where he taught 2 undergraduate level courses. A guiding principle in Rev. Spann’s life is a quote from Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., “If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.”
In addition to serving as pastor of the Carron Baptist Church, Rev. Spann works as a Housing Justice Attorney for a Maryland non-profit. He views both his legal work and ministry as callings to continue the work of Christ to fight for justice and usher in the beloved community.
Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Rev. Spann is the son of a Pastor, the late Rev. James W. Spann II, and Educator, Dr. Wilma N. Spann. Being the 7th of 8 children, it was impressed upon him at an early age the importance of faith and family.
Rev. Spann earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Rust College in Holly Springs, Mississippi. He also received his Juris Doctor degree from American University, Washington College of Law and a Master of Divinity from Howard University, School of Divinity, both in Washington, DC.
Rev. Spann is happily married to the lovely and virtuous Shurlonda Spann, and they have two beautiful and creative children, Peter II and Anissa (pronounced AH-NEE-SAH). His favorite scripture is Galatians 6:9, “And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.”
