Weekly Bible Studies
The Truth In The Spirit hosts in-person weekly Bible studies for all people called "Messianic Midrash" led by Rebbetzin Markita Brooks on Wednesdays at 7pm Eastern Time at Congregation Or Shalom, located at 1510 Willow Lawn Drive, Suite 100, Richmond, VA in the Women's Business Center. "Midrash" means "textual interpretation". Historically, a midrash has always been a Jewish mode of interpretation of Holy Scriptures, usually by a rabbi, that reveals contextual meaning as well as deeper meaning from the words and even letters of a sacred text. Hence, our Messianic Midrash is a Holy Spirit-led study of the entire Bible (from Genesis to Revelation) to reveal divine interpretation and life application for believers in Messiah Yeshua. Our in-person Bible studies are broadcast to share with our larger assembly around the world. Questions are answered during the live Bible studies for those in-person and on Zoom. Men's & Women's Bible Studies
The Truth In The Spirit hosts online Bible studies for men and women bi-monthly. The women's Bible study, "The Godly Woman" is led by Rebbetzin Markita Brooks and other Godly women on 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 6pm Eastern Time. The first portion is broadcast on our Facebook page and YouTube channel (both are TruthinSpiritlive). Then, we end the broadcast for a private discussion on Zoom.
The men's Bible study, "For the Fellas" is led by Watson David online on 2nd Tuesdays at 7pm Eastern Time, with an in-person fellowship in Virginia on 4th Tuesdays (for those who are local or would like to travel). Click the pics to learn more or sign up to receive the Zoom links.
